Sleep is not just rest, it’s when your body works on repairing and rejuvenating itself. Compromised sleep can affect gut health, increase sugar cravings, slow or no weight loss or gain, bad mental and emotional state, which eventually affects sleep more. It’s a vicious cycle. There’s no way around getting a good night’s sleep so it’s our priority.

Your gut microbiome can directly affect your mental state. The communication system between your gut and brain is called the gut-brain axis. There are approximately 100 billion neurons in the human brain. Interestingly, your gut contains 500 million neurons, which are connected to your brain through nerves in your nervous system. These nerves send signals in both directions. For example, in animal studies, stress inhibits the signals sent through the vagus nerve and causes gastrointestinal problems. So naturally, your gut health is of prime importance to us!

HORMONAL HEALTH

Its not just about periods but relates to your metabolic health & how you feel overall. Balancing hormones is key to improvement in other parameters mentioned here and that in turn balances our hormones better. It’s a virtuous cycle.
