Nutrition Program

Here are the details of our personalized nutrition plans wherein our goal would be to help you improve your relationship with food, fitness and your body. We would first track down your eating habits, activity levels, lifestyle, etc. and then provide you with a sustainable weight loss or weight gain plan catering to your unique needs. Our aim is to educate you and help you learn how to fish. THIS IS NO SHORT TERM DIET. There are no quick fixes or magic bullets to this plan and if you’re honest with me, together we will smash all your health goals ✌And I would provide you a personalised diet chart after assessing your current health status and future health goals. I would also give you customised guidelines that will help you build better relationship with food. These are no premade plans. The plan is made only after understanding your eating patterns, blood work and lifestyle. If you have any health issue like pcod, pcos, thyroid, diabetes, hormonal imbalance, gut issues, etc., I would advise you to choose from the regular monitoring and consultation plans.

There will be 3 phases to each plan:

Pre Consultation phase

Here I will do a brief call, understand your expectations and explain the procedure better. You are free to decide if you wish to enrol post call. Incase you would wish to proceed, I will ask you to fill some forms that will help me to get to know you and your current health status even better. An appointment schedule will be generated for the duration of program based on your time and preferences.

Consultation
phase

Here I will assess your current fitness levels. This will be followed by weekly interactions where we ’ll work together on devising an eating pattern that is sustainable. During the appointments I will review and modify your meal plan as needed.

Post Consultation phase

We will maintain a lifelong bond and will share all learnings from the program and practical guidelines for most of the situations you would face going forward.
